American Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Full Circle Brewing Co. It's packed full of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial Hops, and fermented with our neutral ale yeast.

The beer pours out a light hazy golden color, with 1 finger of off white head--------- the aromas are of dank weed, peach, pine, tropical fruit and some sweet malt-------- the flavors are of dank weed, pine, passion fruit, sweet malt and peaches, the beer has a medium to full sticky mouthfeel finishing with a moderate bitterness---------- overall this beer was delicious, it's a classic west coast double ipa with a big Carmel malt backbone and a shit ton of hops

Appearance - Pours mostly clear and golden in color with a white, half finger width head. Sub-par retention results in a mostly barren surface with a razor thin ring of suds around the edge of the glass. No lacing.
Smell - Aroma hits on sweet citrus and stonefruit upfront. Slight dank and spice. Bready undertone.
Taste - Follows the nose. Notes of candied orange and peach upfront. Faint dank and a hint of stonefruit pit nuttiness soon follow. Bready undertone and some fair caramel make up the malt body. Finish is more sweet than bitter, though there's a hint of citrus pith in there.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with moderate, tingly carbonation. Slick texture that turns a touch of dry and sticky in the finish.
Overall - A Classic West Coast DIPA, and a damn solid one at that. If I'm nitpicking, I'd say it lacks ideal bitterness. Outside that, it's a nice drinking brew.
