This one is brewed with Indian coriander, Himalayan pink salt, and a whole-lotta key lime purée. We also added strawberry purée just for fun!

Had on-tap at New Glory in Sacramento, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 16oz snifter, slightly hazy and pink with a thin ring of suds around the edge of the glass. Small lines and spotting make up the lace.
Smell - Aroma hits on notes of lime, salt and lesser strawberry sweetness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Limey, salty goodness with lesser strawberry zing and sweetness upfront and through to the finish. Simple, but absolutely tasty.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with a light, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Overall - They took their Key Lime gose, added strawberries and took it to a whole new level. Delicious as hell. A shame it wasn't canned.
