A fantastic triple from New Glory! The older, bigger, brother of the Soaked/Dripping Wet line of hazy IPAs...this follows suit with tropical sweetness and depth, but doesn't hit you with the alcohol bite at the end. Be careful! You could get tricked into thinking you are drinking a double. Had this at New Glory Taproom and in a fresh can!

From tasting notes 08/10/18
Had on-tap at New Glory Brewing in Sacramento, CA
Appearance - Served up in an 8oz nonic, hazy and dull orange in color with a thin, broken layer of suds. Good amount of lacing, with broken webbing and lines decorating the glass.
Smell - Juicy aroma hitting on melon, pineapple, citrus and a hint of booze.
Taste - Follows the nose. Melon and pineapple upfront and throughout, with lesser citrus and a hint of caramel. Boozy bite comes through mid-taste then beings to fade. Aftertaste lingers with pineapple acidity and faint boozy heat.
Mouthfeel - Medium-to-full in body with fair carbonation. Smooth, easy drinker with a slightly dry finish.
Overall - A 10.1% hazy? It works, but I think I like the DIPA version Dripping Wet more. Some of that booziness takes away from that wonderful juicy character.
