Canned 12/14/18
Appearance - Pours hazy and light orange in color with a white, near two-finger width head. Good retention results in a thin, broken layer of suds, thickening up around the edge of the glass. Good lacing, mostly consisting of some broken webbing and small spotting.
Smell - Citrus, pineapple, passionfruit, mildly toasty malt notes underneath.
Taste - Follows the nose. Citrusy bite with lesser passionfruit and pineapple. Faint earthy, dank note. Lightly, toasty malt undertone. Aftertaste lingers with pithy and grassy bitterness, with a touch of dank.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Not a huge fan of Galaxy, or single hop IPAs for that matter. It's drinkable, but I wouldn't buy it again.
