Appearance - Pours slightly hazy and orange in color with an off-white, half-finger width head. Fair retention before dying to a thin, broken layer of suds and a thin ring of suds around the edge of the glass. A few patches and small spotting make up the lace.
Smell - The aroma is sweet, fruity and slightly tart; it reminds me of Fruity Pebbles. Vanilla sits beneath, but is definitely noticeable.
Taste - Follows the nose. Pomegranate and pineapple do well to add fruity character that's sweet, tart and acidic, while lesser notes of vanilla and cereal malts add to the profile.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with low, spritzy carbonation. Slick drinker, only a hint of creamy texture, with a slightly flat finish. Lacks ideal thickness or creaminess for a milkshake IPA.
Overall - As with the last Mindshaker release, mango and tangerine, the body is much too thin. Mixed Berry had a nice, creamy thickness.
