Another from the list of New Glory beers drank when I was there multiple times in the front half of 2019. This was one I only had on draft.
Has a hazy appearance, yellow, 1/2" white head. Leans on the brighter side of yellow. The use of Styrian Cardinal is one of those, hold up moments, they strayed from the predictable 6 hop interchange that breweries have been using to tell 4 packs of slightly different beers in 50 different labels. Anyways, it supplements the Citra aroma dry hop, but there is a light woody presence to it as well. Its meant to be fruity, but I don't think it really added much beyond Citra's range, maybe hit those light strawberry popsicle stick notes.
Back in the taste department, the Simcoe hop is used in a hazy ipa, thats cool, lower the bitterness with flaked stuff possibly, then up it with a big bittering hop. I applaud the use of Styrian Cardinal, gives the beer just a slight different take on what is being done over and over. Isn't earth shattering or anything, but when people describe it as a bit confounding, that is prolly why.

This hazy IPA has a tropical hoppy nose, but I had to search for specific notes. Couldn't put my finger on the aromatics on this one. The taste didn't follow for me and almost had a peanut vibe to it.
