Imagine a tall, white fountain of passion fruit interlinked with citrus to pull you out of the dark. This hazy double is tropical forward with citrus notes interwoven throughout, and undertones of dank, super ripe fruit. Citra. Galaxy. Nelson. Distinct hops indeed!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy deep golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces beautifully.
S: Ripe tropical and exotic fruit, definitely get plenty of classic Nelson, citrus, a bit grassy, light floral notes, slightly bready biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Punchy tropical and exotic fruit, gooseberry passion fruit, white peach, white grape, apricot, and mango, citrus grapefruit, orange, and a touch of lime, floral notes, a touch grassy, faintly toasty biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, % is very well hidden.
O: Hard to go wrong with that hop combo. Not sure if the change from a standard DIPA to a hazy was as recent as just this batch, but whenever they made it, it works. Nothing dreadful about it.

Almost done clearing out the plethora of New Glory beers from April 2019. Pours a standard haze of yellow/gold color. We're not in broth/gravy/orange juice territory, but its also quite a ways off from looking like a professional brew with clarity. 1/3" white head.
Aroma pops nice, has all the heavy hitters. I wouldn't say the Nelson hits as hard as some of the legendary CA Nelson beers (Alpine Nelson, Moonraker's The One etc. . . ), but its supplemented by Citra and Galaxy giving a nice amount of citrus, tropical and specifically pineapple in the nose. Real good stuff.
Taste is easy relative to its strength. The burn is mild. The taste is nice. The crushability and mouth feel are downright dangerous. Waves of alternating grapefruit, orange and pineapple in an unsweetened 55 ibu range. I don't mind paying $4-5 a can when 16oz straight up gets the buzz rolling like it does here. Solid would repeat banger here. Check it out.

Sweet tropical hoppy nose! Good aromatics on this one. Taste follows with a hoppy bitterness kick at the end. For a 9 percent-er, this was not overly boozy.

On tap.
L: Murky honey gold in color. Half a finger of an off-white cap that dissipated quickly. Heaps of lacing coats the glass.
S: Bubble gum, berry, and citrus are in abundance. It is sweet and inviting. Extremely juice-forward, just not at pungent levels.
T: Really awesome. Grapefruit and tangerine initially, then it transcends to mango, pineapple, and apricot. Finish is slightly bitter with mild pine presence and lingering flavors of pink starburst, lemon, herbal flavor and pineapple. I'm diggin' this.
F: Fantastic. Medium in body, seemingly heavier in weight. Nice soft feel but not quite pillowy. Moderate carbonation, easy to drink for 9%abv.
O: Easy to drink at the abv. Tasty and a great NEIPA to add to the New Glory roster. I am glad to have tried. Cheers!
