Sour IPA brewed and dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Ekuanot Cryo Hops; and fermented with our expressive ale yeast. Unfined and unfiltered. You'll enjoy that awesome "sour" tartness and flavors of guava and papaya.

From tasting notes 04/12/19
Had on tap at New Glory Brewery in Sacramento, CA

Appearance - Served up in a 16oz snifter, hazy and straw yellow in color. Thin, broken layer of surface suds. Fair lacing with a bit of broken webbing, lines and small spotting.

Smell - Tartness has an acetic acid aroma, mild fruitiness, slight floral quality.

Taste - Follows the nose. Fair tartness that I'd describe as acetic or slightly gastric. Vague fruitiness. Light floral and earthen hop character.

Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair, bitey carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, dry finish.

Overall - Not a lot of distinctive qualities here. Its drinkable and somewhat enjoyable, but I wouldn't seek it out specifically. The cherry and lime variant was slightly better, IMO.
