Had on-tap at New Glory Eatery in Granite Bay, CA
Appearance - Served up in an 8oz nonic, hazed and salmon in color with a mostly barren surface and a fair ring of suds around the edge of the glass. Decent lacing with broken lines and small spotting.
Smell - Smells like nice, tart rhubarb and a hint of berry.
Taste - Follows the nose. Rhubarb tartness with a touch of raspberry that helps add a bit of berry tartness and sweetness. Finishes much the way it starts.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with bitey carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a crisp, mouth watering finish.
Overall - I love rhubarb like no other, so this kettle sour is right up my alley.
