Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Citrus zest, dank herbal notes, pine, grassy, a little floral, faint tropical and stone fruit, bready biscuity malt, and a dry finish.
T: Pine, dank herbal notes, citrus zest, lemon plus a little tangerine and grapefruit, a light underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, passion fruit, pineapple, and melon, grassy, floral, biscuity bready malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Dare I say this one is more dank than Ubahdank. Not my favorite thing, but it mixes very nicely with the pine and citrus. The touch of tropical and stone fruit helps round it into a really solid West Coast IPA.
