Imperial Stout brewed with marshmallows and conditioned on cacao nibs, graham crackers, and Madagascar bourbon vanilla. This one is triple mashed and pours triple thick.

Here's a pastry stout selection out of the Sacramento area. Pours thick but not as thick as the commercial tug job about it. Very thin 1/7" beige head on top. The aroma is the sweet stuff. Marshmallow just smells like straight sugar. Vanilla all up in here (up in here). And that's about it. Too sweet to smell some roasted malt.
The taste continues down the sweet path, but its enjoyable. But not 16 oz enjoyable, I mean splitting this at least with another, if not more. Mouthfeel does amazing job at making 14% drink this easily. Its a lot of chocolate, vanilla and marshmallow/sugar. Super easy to say that mouthfeel is where this one excels the most. Sweet and smooth, just like the almighty bArF.
I'm not a big pastry stout guy and this one didn't change that, but I can at least say I would recommend it to someone who was. For normal people, 16oz of this might be a chore (but you'll be drunk afterwards). These drugs really got a hold of me.

Had on-tap at New Glory Eatery & Taproom in Rocklin, CA
Appearance - Served up in a snifter, black with cola brown edging. Mostly barren surface with a razor thin ring around the edge of the glass. A few small spots for lacing.
Smell - Chocolatey aroma, with underlying vanilla and cream, cinnamon and graham cracker. Light booziness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Deep chocolatey goodness. Graham cracker and cinnamon with cream and vanilla sweetness. Underlying bourbony booze hits in the finish, but very balanced and not cloying in the least.
Mouthfeel - Full bodied with low to moderate carbonation. Smooth, creamy texture that drinks waaay too damn easy for a 14% brew.
Overall - Damn is that good. So much flavor that's well balanced, and damn smooth to boot.
