Appearance - Pours slightly hazy and light orange in color with an off-white, near finger width head that hangs in there for a minute before devolving to a near barren surface with a thin ring of suds around the edge. A few broken lines and small spotting make up the lace.
Smell - Very sour aroma. Lesser strawberry. Very subtle vanilla.
Taste - Follws the nose. Sourness/acidity is prominent, while strawberry plays second fiddle. Vanilla comes in briefly mid-taste before disappearing. Sourness dominates the finish and aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with lively carbionation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, mostly dry finish.
Overall - Pure acid/sour bomb. I would have liked more strawberry and vanilla to balance out that sourness. Regardless, It's a good beer.
