We had our pals from Cooperage Brewing help us brew G’day Nelson, a big ‘ol hazy Double IPA featuring 100% Southern Hemisphere hops. This one will take you on a Nelson and Galaxy flavor ride through pineapple, pine, diesel and gooseberry galore. ⠀

Sweet white wine grape, tropical hoppy, hint of citrus, and hint of sweet dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a tropical hoppy and prominent grapefruit citrus bitter finish...some hoppy dank notes show up and linger as it warms. This is nice and soft on the palate and was enjoyable to drink. Hey New Glory! More like this please! I likey!
