Shaka Salad

Appearance - Pours mostly clear and golden in color with a white, finger width head that displays decent retention before dying down to a thin, broken layer of suds across the surface, keeping a nice-sized ring around the edge of the glass.

Smell - Coconut stands out on the nose, with lesser fruity tartness and a bit of cream.

Taste - Tart pineapple grabs the tongue first, along with some tangerine. Coconut rides just beneath fairly consistently, while a touch of cream finds it's way into the finish. Tart, lingering aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair, tingly carbonation. Crisp, very dry finish.

Overall - Not the best "Shaka" inspired sour I've had, but it's pretty damn solid and a brew I'd gladly drink again.
