We like to dream that we harnessed the power of real lightning when we made this kettle sour. It's brewed with gratuitous amounts of energy drink flavoring and fresh orange peels. *No Caffeine*

Appearance - Pours clear and bright, light orange in color with a white, half finger's width head that settles somewhat quickly to a thin, broken layer of surface suds, thickening up into a ring around the edge of the glass. Decent lacing, with a few chunks, broken lines and some light spotting.
Smell - Definitely smells like Red Bull. A mix of sweet, slightly tart, some mineral qualities and citrus.
Taste - Okay, yeah. Definitely has that "Smarties" Red Bull flavor (a bit sugary sweet, a bit tart, a bit mineral, a bit chalky), then a sharp citrusy tartness darts out mid-taste and elevates the sourness as it hits the finish before dwindling down in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with bitey carbonation. Smooth, but sharp and with a quick, dry finish.
Overall - They certainly nailed the Red Bull aspect, with that back end citrusy tartness that takes it to that kettle sour level. Do I like Red Bull? It has a strange, unique and somewhat enticing flavor... but does it work in a sour? Yeah, kinda. I feel like I'm enjoying this more than I should be.
