Pounded this down in April 2019.
Pours golden yellow with the slightest hint of light amber to it. Not hazy, but you're not in massive clarity land either. Indicative of the Amarillo hop, this one brings a varied citrus presence of the general non sweet variety: grapefruit, lemon, lime, lemongrass.
Taste is good, keeps dropping the unsweetened citrus vibe throughout the entire experience. The lemongrass note is crisp, good culmination of the carbonation level, the malt body, neutral ale yeast, Amarillo hops. Had a continual way of being easy drinking, and yet impressive. But not as impressive as that Mosaic one, yikes that is awesome.
Should scratch the ipa itch for most people, nothing surprising, just a reliable hop from a reliable brewery.
