Raspberry Gose loaded with lush, bright raspberry purée and a touch of Himalayan sea salt. This one is the ultimate battle of sweet vs. sour.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly vibrant pink/magenta nearly identical to the center of the logo on the can, with a frothy pale pink head that relatively quickly fizzles down to a few thin islands and leaves a few scattered spots of lacing.
S: Juicy raspberries, lactic tartness, super faint earthy notes, and crackery malt. Straight to the point.
T: Lactic tartness, definitely get a touch of salt, tart raspberry, like those couple in the pack that are more pink than red, subtle earthy notes, and crackery malt.
M: Light body, lively carbonation.
O: I'm a sucker for berries so I had to try this one. Wasn't expecting to pick up the salt on my tongue before the raspberry registered, but it does come out more as it warms. I appreciate them keeping it tart and not letting it turn into raspberry lemonade like I've seen in a couple other beers, but I think they could up the fruit just a bit more in the taste.
