We brewed this super fly West Coast IPA with our good friends from Grains of Virtue Brewing Company. Pale pilsner malt and a touch of wheat set a light and crisp background for our hops to truly shine through. Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops bring tropical, citrusy flavors upfront along with Citra and Mosaic Incognito (think concentrated hop syrup) to boost the aroma even further. No hops, no glory!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Fresh sweet/tart citrus juice, slightly grassy, resinous pine, a little tropical and stone fruit, cracker biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus leads the way, orange, grapefruit, and lemon, a bit grassy, resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, apricot, peach, and a hint of passion fruit, floral notes, crackery biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Really solid citrus forward IPA. I'd happily have another pint.
