To put it quite frankly, we slayed this beer! It’s extreme for a reason. We packed our tanks to the brim with Cara Cara orange purée, milk sugar, and a whole-lotta vanilla. Yasss! This beer’s got that smooth creaminess and that juicy sour citrus punch. What’s not to love? It’s fabulous!

From tasting notes 5/3/22
Had on-tap at New Glory Brewing in Sacramento, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 16oz snifter, hazy and a golden orange in color with a thin, broken layer of suds and a fair ring encircling the edge of the glass. Fair lacing, with some broken webbing, lines and small spotting.
Smell - Tart, bright citrus. Orange and lemon. Faint vanilla undertone.
Taste - Follows the nose. Citrus tartness that evokes lemon and orange and settles somewhere around tangerine. Vanilla is present, bit a bit butied by the tartness. Finishes, not surprisingly, with citrus tartness.
Mouthfeel - On the lighter side of medium-bodied with some spritzy carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a mostly crisp, dry finish.
Overall - Tasty sour, but could have used a bit more vanilla to achieve that true 'creamsicle' character and really make it shine.
