Danktastic indeed! This IPA is an ode to the freshest of the fresh Nelson [and Motueka] hops. As the name implies, it's super diesely dank, but that's not all! It's got a rich fruitiness with flavors of gooseberry, ripe white grapes, and a touch of lime citrus. This beer is oozing with greatness. it's lit!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours lightly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Dank grassy herbal notes, citrus zest, resinous, slightly floral, soft underlying fruity notes, tropical + the classic Nelson, all held together with biscuity malt.
T: Resinous, dank grassy herbal notes, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, exotic, tropical, and fruity notes, gooseberry, pineapple, white grape, apricot, and passion fruit, floral, a touch of Southern Hem diesel, biscuity malt, and a dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Somehow this is the second Motueka and Nelson IPA I've had this week. They nailed the dank + citrusy + Nelson West Coast profile. If that's what you're into you'll love it. It's not my favorite, but it's solid. I wouldn't turn down a second pint.
