A collaboration with our good friends @drakesbeer . We packed this sessionable West Coast with Cascade, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops to bring you tropical flavors and aromas of orange and pineapple. This beer will surely float your boat

I think this was another pour consumed at BeerNV. New Glory is always good for a try, rarely disappoints. A collaboration with Drake's. Its basically an old school hop bill + Mosaic.
Pours yellow. Cloudy. 1/4" white head. The aroma had some citrus to it. Not too big. Would have guessed Citra before Amarillo giving me the orange sensation.
The taste is a sawft pale ale. Muted effects of simple two row and maybe some flaked oats or wheat. I wasn't really getting much in the way of Mosaic. I thought the Cascade worked pretty nice for bittering, and it might be the thing giving off some of those orange feels, the Southern Hemisphere Cascades have been hitting like Citra + Cascade lately. The mouthfeel is the best spot because it has that crisp bitter edge to it.
Otherwise, this is a light pale ale that does light things. I didn't get the taste our mouthfeel sensation that it was a hazy, but the appearance made it so anything was possible.

Can poured into a Drake's Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours faintly hazy straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Grassy, citrus zest, a little pine, soft tropical and stone fruit, and crackery malt.
T: Soft citrus zest, lime, lemon, grapefruit, and orange, grassy, a touch of pine, a bit floral, underlying tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, subtle herbal undertones, crackery malt, and a relatively dry finish.
M: Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp and clean.
O: I would describe this as a Session Pale Ale. Light, yet proportionally flavorful. It brings more balance than a lot of Session IPAs did during their heyday. You can tell it's on the smaller side, but it all holds together really well. Bright, crisp, and easy drinking. Not the kinda beer to fight the Pseudo Sues and Daisy Cutters of the world, but a great beer to fill a cooler with that'll keep you happy all day. Definitely better than the score would lead you to believe.
