Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Mango comes through along with some extra tropical and stone fruit, citrus, pine, grassy herbal notes, bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Mango zing lands right up front, followed by citrus, lime, lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine, slightly earthy herbal and grassy notes, pine, some bonus tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, blueberry, and hints of papaya and melon, light floral notes, dare I say there's a faint vanilla thing going on, bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty smooth.
O: Super unique. I'm curious if the herbal notes are coming from the hops or the terpenes. Only tweak I'd make is using a little lighter malt to brighten it up a touch. Other than that it's a really fun one to try.
