Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Resinous pine, mild earthy herbal and grassy notes, citrus, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, slightly toasty bready malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, orange/tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon lime, resinous pine, Earth herbal notes, tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, mango, passion fruit, and a hint of cherry, a touch grassy, floral hints, slightly toasty bready malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, somewhat mild carbonation, a bit chewy.
O: This one gives a kinda old school vibe, in a good way, but it doesn't quite get all the way there. I think bumping up the carbonation and adding a few IBUs to give it more of a bite would help. Not bad, but just kinda underwhelming.
