This brew is a wild swirl of hop flavor, where Mosaic hops unleash a tropical dankness that's both bold and smooth. It's like trying to capture a fleeting thought-complex, vivid, and just a little messy (in the best way possible). Every sip is like a brainstorm session for your taste buds.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Slightly overripe tropical and stone fruit plus some melon, citrus, grassy herbal slightly earthy notes, a touch of pine, floral hints, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, tangerine, pink grapefruit, and lemon lime, tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, melon, papaya, mango, passion fruit, and blueberry, a touch of resinous pine, underlying earthy herbal notes, floral hints, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, mild carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I was hoping for more from this one. It's... whelming. Not necessarily bad, but for an all Mosaic beer it just doesn't show it off what it has to offer in a great way, and instead comes off as a kinda generic hazy flavor profile, with a kinda out of place malt base. Just brightening it up a bit with lighter malt, a bit more carbonation, maybe even a couple more IBUs would make a world of difference. If a can was handed to me I'd drink it, but if I saw it in the ice chest I'd probably see what else is in there.
