Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a little chill haze and a cream white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some spotty lacing.
S: Citrus zest, resinous pine, grassy woodsy notes, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, faint hints of mixed berries, and crackery biscuity malt
T: Resinous spicy pine, citrus, grapefruit, lime, and a little tangerine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, peach, apricot mango, and faint hints of mixed berries, grassy woodsy herbal notes, crackery biscuity malt, and a fairly dry finish.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation, pretty crisp.
O: Drinks somewhere between a West Coast IPA and a West Coast Pils. Crisp and refreshing with a nice hip bite. Not a ton of depth, but for what it is I don't think it's lacking. Might not be the first thing I'd choose out of the cooler, but I would happily drink it if it was handed to me.
