This one has a rebellion of hops in every sip. Cascade brings classic grapefruit notes, while Simcoe and Mosaic hops round it out with vibrant tropical fruit and resinous pine. Here's to embracing old school attitude with a modern edge.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Citrus zest, pine, grassy, slightly herbal, subtle soft tropical and stone fruit, and biscuity malt.
T: Citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine, resinous pine, light underlying tropical and stone fruit, apricot, guava, blueberry, and passion fruit, a little grassy and herbal, biscuity malt, and a fairly dry finish.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, very easy drinking.
O: I'm so torn on how to score this one. It's crisp and clean, but I really wish more of the fruity side of the Mosaic came through to add a little more depth and the flavors in general were a notch more vibrant. It's super easy drinking and I'd happily have another, but at the same time, I wish there was more to it.
