Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Dank grassy earthy herbal notes, Southern Hem diesel, resinous pine, citrus zest, subtle tropical and stone fruit, and crackery malt.
T: Resinous pine, grassy, slightly dank earthy herbal notes, citrus zest, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine, a little Southern Hem diesel, underlying tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, blueberry, guava, apricot, mango, and a hint of passion fruit, a touch floral, crackery malt, and a crisp dry finish.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderately lively carbonation, crisp.
O: You might be able to pass this one off as a West Coast Pilsner. I think the hop combo they chose goes perfectly with the Terpenes. If you're into that kinda flavor profile you'll definitely like it. I think they nailed what they were going for, but I also wouldn't mind the fruity side poking through just a bit more, especially on the nose, to help balance things.
