Citra and Mosaic hops light up this beer with notes of orange zest, grapefruit, and mango, all accented by a touch of hop driven tropical dankness. This profile is bright, clean, and expressive, delivering a steady rhythm of flavor from the first sip to the last. Enjoy! (No space suit required. )

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Resinous pine, citrus zest, floral notes, a touch grassy, underlying tropical and stone fruit, biscuity slightly bready malt, and just a touch of honey sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, citrus zest, grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, blueberry, passion fruit, and guava, floral notes, a touch grassy, slightly bready biscuity malt, and a touch of honey sweetness on a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, threading the needle of both crisp and substance.
O: This one is sneaky good. Nice depth and balance, takes 2 great hops and lets their best elements pop, checks all the boxes you'd want from a proper Westy.
