Cooper's Parachute is an IPA with a uniquely american citrus/floral flavor & aroma. This is a Traditional Pacific northwest hopped West Coast IPA. It's hoppy!

Aroma is citrus, malts, toffee and mild sweetness. The flavor is citrus, fruit, hops/very mild hop resin, spices, a hint of pine needles and a mix of bitter and slight alcohol in the finish.

Pretty average American IPA. Very balanced, maybe even more malt forward which is fine, but it's labeled "west coast" which implies a certain dankness. Not really a big deal, just wasn't what I had in mind. Solid beer, just have to work on the price point.
