A - Pours a hazy golden yellow with a one-finger white foamy head. The head leaves lots of cascading lacing.
S - Aroma is biscuit, caramel, and yeasty bread.
T - The taste is sweet biscuity malts, light citrus, and some earthy hops. The finish has a nice light peppery bite.
M - Medium bodied with medium carbnation. Very crisp with a dry finish.
O - This is a solid Vienna Lager. The flavors are well balanced making this a crisp easy drinker.

22 ounce bottle into lager glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big honey, toast, biscuit, light caramel, light nuttiness, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big honey, toast, biscuit, light caramel, light nuttiness, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Fair amount of herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of honey, toast, biscuit, light caramel, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors with zero yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is a damn nice Vienna lager. All around great robustness, complexity, and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours a orange hazy yellow with a inch thick white head. Smell of lager yeast, orange, citrus, and sweet thin malt notes. Taste of sweet malt, caramel, crisp citrus, and orange. Good body, smooth, light mouth feel, drinkable, with a good hop flavor and minor bitter.
