Pours pale yellow filtered clear. Aroma is mild lager notes, minimal cream. Smells like a generic pale lager to me. Flavor is mild lemon notes. Fairly effervescent body. Mild creamy sweetness. Body is wrong though. Underwhelming.

16 ounce can into pint glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with god retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, cracker, corn, white bread, light pear/apple, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of pale malt and light earthy hop/yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, corn, white bread, light pear/apple, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, corn, white bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hop/yeast ester flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness. Very clean flavors with well restrained yeast character. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly grainy/creamy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a damn nice cream ale style. All around great robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hop/yeast ester flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and clean to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
