Hazy with a orange hue and poured a nice white head. Smells strong of citrus and tastes even more of citrus. Specifically orange and tangerine with some candied sweetness. The body was a little light for the style for my preference but still fine. A lot of hazys/NEIPAs out there and this is definitely one of the better ones I've had. A great overall beer that I was pleasantly surprised with.

A: Hazy with a decent foamy head and good lacing.
N: Grapefruit, resin notes, mango, and lemons.
T: Dry grapefruit hit with mild mango notes, some lemon and soapy feel.
M: Very dry and bitter.
O: This should be tagged west coast IPA its not a NEIPA at all.

Thanks @superspak for this can. Pours a slightly cloudy orange, with a half finger sticky white head that leaves plenty of lace behind, with solid retention. 3.75
Smell is tangerine, apricot, pineapple, mango, and some mild grapefruit. 3.75
Taste follows tangerine, pineapple, mango, apricot, and a nice healthy dose of grapefruit in the balanced finish. 4
Mouthfeel is about average, plenty of life missing that soft carbonation, a little dry, and at 6% ABV easy going down but more flavor than most at this ABV. 3.75
Overall a very solid IPA, but not a NEIPA in my opinion. Very tasty just the same. 3.75

Beer 3 of the Parkdale Beer Fest. Thanks Roy! Canning date was 3/21/19.
Appearance - Hazy rich golden color with plenty of fluffy white head.
Smell - Super tropical with tangerine, orange, peach, citrus peel and pine undercurrent going on.
Taste - Pretty sweet and juicy with tangerine, peach, orange, hints of grapefruit and melon with a pine undercurrent going on.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied and easy drinking.
Overall - Given the age on this brew, it held up pretty well, would love to get a fresher sample, but this was still one of the winners from Beer Fest this year.

Pours a pale, light orange with strong effervescence and an overly-massive, airy, off-white head. Spotty lacing.
Melon, underripe peach, guava, tropical flowers, skunkweed and white pepper in the nose. The overall impression here is light and tropical.
The taste seems almost watered down at first, growing stronger with a flash of fruity sweetness on the backend. There’s dull weed, underripe honeydew, pine, strawberry, lemon, bandaid, doughy biscuit malt and white pepper. Dull earthy, grassy bitterness in the aftertaste.
Soft, pillowy mouthfeel that’s overly peppery at first but quickly becomes nearly still.
The flavors in this are fine, but nothing out of this world. The carbonation levels are flawed, IMO. No canned on date.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/26/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aroma with great balance and complexity and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, zesty, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an outstanding NEIPA! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel. Great Simcoe, Mosaic, and Vic Secret profile. Extremely juicy and lightly dank/earthy hop complexity; great wheat/oat/malt balance, and not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
