For the first time in Flying Buffalo history, we passed on the Bourbon barrel and grabbed something a little different. This extremely rare and special variant of Flying Buffalo was aged on Madagascar vanilla beans in pure cane sugar Rum barrels. These barrels traveled the high seas all the way from Jamaica to house this Flying Buffalo for 9 months. It's then packaged up for release in limited supply.

Decent stout just a bit too much for me.
Not much of a looker.
Flavors are a bit overwhelming.
Very upfront rum with hints of vanilla. Sugary sweet with a slight bitterness on the finish.
Decent body and low carbonation.
For those who love rum soaked beers this will be a winner for sure.

There's no surer way to make a good beet worse than involving rum. Nose is effing weird. A worsening of the base beer.
