Griffin Claw does some amazing beers (still waiting for their dark lager to come back) but this isn’t one of them.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s quite tasty, it’s just not great. A macchiato is espresso with some milk, not much, just some. It’s not sweet at all.
This is. Loads of sweet vanilla and chocolate and heaven help me, maple syrup. There’s a stout in there somewhere!
It would make a great dessert beer, but too sweet for me for regular drinking.
