Oh Lord, what is this? I thought I was buying a tall can of Boris, but the can says "Alcoholic beverage with vodka-lemon-ginger taste." Whoa! Vodka...okay...it is in alcopop...but wait a minute..."Alcoholic beverage...vodka taste...." So it only has a vodka taste. What do the ingredients say? "Water, malt, glucose syrup, sugar, citric acid, flavour, sodium citrate, hops, ascorbic acid." So its a...beer? Malt and hops, but not yeast. No vodka either. I'm confused.
3 for appearance because I drank it from the can.
Sickly sweet lemon candy smell. Earthy, lemon pop taste who alcoholic tones. Almost unbearable. No discernable ginger, no hop flavours. Can't taste any malts, probably because they're overwhelmed by the glucose syrup.
Way too fizzy, certainly not worth repeating.
I'm not even sure what this is.
