Four Winds / Powell St. collaboration 'Dunkelweizen' @ 5.5% , served from a 650 ml bottle purchased for $6.25
A-pour is a dark cola brown from the bottle to near black in the glass with a good size tan head leaving a spotty lace along the weizen glassware
S-earthy & malty , bit blah
T-earthy & malty , the slight bitter finish leaves a dryness on the palate after the swallow
MF-good carbonation , medium body , see taste
Ov-just an ok beer , can't taste FW or PS , ok collaboration brew
