Poured from a 341ml can. Cashmere Hops,Saccharomyces Trois yeast. 40 IBU's
A: Pours a flat looking clear gold amber with a very thin white head and no lacing.
S: Strong old wet grass nose with yeast in the background.
T: A funky sour tang not much bitterness at all.
F: Medium body some oily mouth cling.
O: Well not my taste the hops are lost the wild really took it over.
