Can: Poured a clear pale red color ale with a medium size foamy head with limited retention. Aroma of blackberry notes with light residual sugar notes with some hoppy notes also distinguishable. Taste is a weird mix of blackberry notes, grainy malt with some hops flavours that are not well integrated. Body is light with average carbonation. Not great and not sure what the brewer was aiming for.

Poured from a 473ml can. Blackberry Jam is an IPA brewed with handpicked wild blackberries from B.C., Mosaic lupulin powder, lactose sugar, Saccharomyces Trois yeast and a touch of vanilla. 45 IBU's
A: Pours a off clear red amber with a thin white head and some nice lacing.
S: A really nice fruity hop nose there is a hint of blackberry.
T; Slight taste of berry with hops.
F: Medium body nice carbonation clean finish.
O: I shy away from fruit beers but this one works a nice IPA where the blackberry is there but not overpowering.
Well done 4 Winds.
