A: pours a off clear dirty yellow with a thin fading fast white head.
S: A sour note with a background of fruit of some sort.
T: For me a sweet and salty taste with berries in there.
F: Light body ok carbonation and as Altstatd says there is a astringent feel there.
O; Bought one to try, ok but not alot there.

Cloudy yellow-tan color. The head vanished almost instantly, leaving no lacing. Too cloudy to see if there are any bubbles rising.
Smells of light sour funk with a faint gooseberry. Swirling the glass kicked up a bit more of the funk and more of the gooseberry plant smell, as if I had run my hands through the branches of the bush. Has a hint of some sharp spice, like cinnamon. Still a very mild, pleasing scent overall.
Very soft flavor profile. Light tart that seems like a blend of the natural gose acid and the gooseberry. The gooseberry flavor seems to fade in and out. A tiny bit of residual sugar balances out the tart. A mild bitter shows up late and stays around through the aftertaste as the gooseberry fades out. It tastes a bit like grapefruit when the bitter pops up. Can't tell if there is any salt or if I am just fooling myself into tasting it because I expect it.
More like a lightly carbonated soft drink. No foam. Slightly astringent.
Very pleasant, although it doesn't really seem like a beer. This is another one to try with people who think they don't like beer.
