This classic West Coast IPA was brewed as a tribute to our late father, Greg Mills, President and Co-Founder of Four Winds Brewing. Greg loved the ocean and living on the West Coast. He was a family man who was endlessly proud of the legacy that he created with his sons. Greg is the type of beer that Greg would have enjoyed while watching another West Coast sunset. This one’s for you, Dad!

Appearance - Pours an amber copper with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, piney, leafy, floral, weedy, herbal, and hint of citrus hops, hint of pine resin and grapefruit peel, caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold earthy, piney, leafy, floral, weedy, herbal, and hint of citrus hops. The pine resin comes through nicely followed along with the grapefruit peel. The caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops, pine resin, and grapefruit peel lingering.
Overall - A very well executed West Coast IPA that stays true to its characteristics. The pine resin and grapefruit peel are very bold in the taste. A little toned down in the aroma but otherwise a dang good brew. This brew goes down pretty easy but appeals to all the "West Coast IPA" lovers out there.

Very nice clear copper colour with finger of just off white head.
Caramel malt, citrus, piney hops on the nose - grapefruit, slightly tropical, dank and a floral aroma.
Taste starts with the caramel malt sweetness but quickly the hops kick in with citrus/grapefruit note, piney and resinous with a balanced overt bitterness that seems just right.
Medium full mouthfeel with a low moderate carbonation and a lingering sticky bittersweetness.
What can I say this is totally my thing!!
