One hop, one vision. Monocle is brewed with a single hop - Nectaron — bringing sharp focus to its bright, tropical flavours. Peach, pineapple, and citrus come together in a hazy pour that proves you only need one to see it all clearly

Single can packaged August 29/24, so just past three months. Single hop - Nectaron.
Hazy to even slightly milky yellow pour with two fingers of dense creamy white head.
Nose of peach, pineapple, some pine and a touch of dank weediness; citrus pith and I think even a hint of diesel.
Expecting an up front fruitiness, but frankly my initial sense gives more of a dank and weedy flavour - herbal - there is some underlying tropical sweetness, peach, citrus giving way to the leafy bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel with decent carbonation and a soft lingering bittersweetness.
Not exactly what I was expecting, but quite decent in the end.
