A - Poured black with a half finger of loose cask-like head. No visible carbonation. No lace or retention.
S - Lot's of sweet chocolate. Not aggressive at all. Kinda mild.
T - Quite sweet. Chocolate and maple syrup are there. A touch of alcohol in the finish. Lot's of bitter roasted malts and a touch woody. Lot's of sweet stout characteristics. A bit of harshness.
M - Thinner than it should be. Sweet maple finish with some bitterness and mild carbonation.
O/D - A touch bit harsh, otherwise enjoyable. Quite sweet, but not bad overall. I can't say I'd get this again, but it wasn't too bad.
