NOT RETIRED.
16 oz single can purchased from Lifesource Natural Grocer in Salem OR
$4.49
Blond Ale Brewed with Wildflower Honey.
Pours a pale gold with a small off white head. That goes fast but leaves pretty lacing.
Aromas of straw, sweet honey, and a touch of floral hopping.
mmm taste is just normal blond ale then the huge notes of honey come in at the end . Its definably wild flower honey, if you have ever tasted a variety of honeys. The tastes are remarkably different from the regular store bough stuff.
Nice mouthfeel. Medium full with lovely carbonation. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Nice beer..not sure if this is really a braggot/

The brag got had an aftertaste that I found unpleasant, but I feel like it was something in the mead that wasn’t playing nice with the hops.
