Sampled this one being best before 9 - 2004 so litle overtime. 't Smisje honing poored out fine with a nice head. Copper brown color and clear.
Nose is complicated, port, honey malts and a litle sourness seem to dominate though.Taste is soursweet and malty. Honey is there but porty comes fast and together with a litle bitterness taking most of your mouth. For its abv and alcohol and age not a bad brew. Wouldn't keep it as long though.
