Tasted a bottle of Honingbier in 't Brugs Beertje, Brugge in early April 06. Glad to be able to try this beer, hadn't come across it anywhere else.
Served in a delicate 't Smisje glass. Appearence was a cloudy honey coloured brew with modest off-white head. Nice lacing on the glass.
Smelled very inviting, very fragrant.
Tasted surprisingly malty with a nice bitterness to it. Quite "light" and with some sweetness.
Nice mouthfeel, good to swirl about.
I reckon one or two of these and one might begin to tire of the flavour. Might be a little sweet for some.

I remember this beer being very smooth and delicate. An amber coloured beer (thick white foam lace), light on the palate with a nice honey and dextrin sweetness. Mild bitterness.
