750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Deep red. Big khaki head. Medium collar.
Smell - Sweet and malty. Apple-y and a bit acidic.
Taste - Really apple-y here. Malt is less sweet. More caramel. Dry and astringent.
Mouthfeel - Boozy. A bit heavy. Medium carbonation.
Overall - Decent, but hardly a drinkable sour.
