We approached this brew using Helles Lager as a style guide and made a couple of our own tweaks.It includes primarily pilsner malt as well as some German chit malt and a bit of wheat. Hopped with German noble hops.
Crisp and dry with a solid malt backbone and a touch of hop bitterness.

Clear light gold with a smallish head and light persistent cap. Grassy Noble hop nose. Light malt body, delicate and fresh. Excellent refreshing crispness.
