Pours a dark orange with a light tan head. Decent lacing.

Huge aroma of spicy hops and some slight piney resin. Also some citrus and pineapple coming out.

Decent balance of malts but the spiciness prevails. Not as much citrus as I would expect but it's really good. It's also kind bitter.

Lighter feel in the mouth but not too light. A little sticky but doesn't linger too much. Not very carbonated which makes it have a nice mouthfeel.

Overall this is a great brew. It's mostly balanced but has some very unique characteristics that make it really good and stand out from other IPAs. I'm excited to try more from this brewery.

A - Looks great. Crystal clear copper orange, finger of fluffy white head. Fades quickly, but leaves excellent lacing behind.

S - Spicy hops, light malt undercooked toast.

T - Well balanced, but not much happening. Not very hop forward, which is what I would expect from and American IPA. Label shows centennial and cascade, but I'm tasting something more spicy, peppery, earthy.

M - Medium body, medium carb. Leaves the palate clean.

O - Happy to have tried this one, This is the second offering I've tried from Do Can. I will continue to try the rest of the line-up. Solid brews but not something that really stands out. I'd prefer a 12 oz over the bomber only format.
