My wife and I had visited this when it was just a beer bar. Now, they've opened a small brewery onsite, and have a nice selection of their own beers on-tap. Located in a shopping center, the place always seems busy. There is a nice mix of local regulars and beer enthusiasts that visit it. They installed a wood fired pizza oven, although we didn't try the food. The service is solid, and the beer selection is outstanding.

Very laid back atmosphere. I was surprised by the fact that it was almost half full on a Monday night. They had a great selection of stouts and other heavy hitters on draft including KBS, Parabola, Sucaba, Stickee Monkey, and Vanilla World Wide Stout. They had a fairly large selection available in general but at one point I went for non draft options and was looking at their website selection. I ended up with my 5th choice as they were out of the first 4.They had board games, shuffleboard, and darts available. There's no food but you can bring your own in and with Dewey's Pizza, and at least 3 other restaurants in the same shopping plaza, you won't starve. Service was attentive, but I did have to go inside to the bar to get the beer. I sat mostly out on the patio which you can bring your dog to if it is on a leash and well behaved. Another plus is that unlike some of the other beer bars in the St. Louis area is that they also serve wine and spirits so if someone in your group isn't a beer fan they still have other options.

Only been here once, but will go back. As other reviewer said, no food (can bring in or order your own), but a great selection of beer. I always go for what's on tap, and they have 40 different craft brews to choose from. I'd say around half are from local breweries, and they mixed in quite a few different very small guys, some I didn't even know about, with a lot of good style variety. Maybe they just hit on everything I generally enjoy, but it seemed like it would give anyone something they would enjoy. Some great stouts, with everything from the required Guiness to Oatmeals to some great local Russian Imperials. Lots of IPA variety, with Lagunitas & Stone, as well as many smaller ones from around the country and locally. Ales...strong ales, seasonals, etc. Even a few fruit beers mixed in, and some Austrians & Belgians.

Waitress knew what she was talking about, and again, seemed to be right in step with what I liked. Crowd was light when I showed up, with a weekly bottle swap going on at a large corner table. Main bar area was full by the time I left, but never felt crowded. This was on a Thursday. Didn't even realize they had another entire back room with larger tables, couches, etc. Great place for group parties, or even casual meetings.

For me, this location and this vibe worked great. I know there are larger places I can hit, but vibe was mellow and mature, and didn't have to push through the college crowd to order. All the tables were spacious, and nothing was crammed in.

Apparently have "hundreds" of bottles to choose from as well, which I believe based on the fridges. I'd always rather go for the tap.

Very friendly people and a good selection of craft beers on tap and bottles. 40 beers on tap with some local St Louis breweries mixed it.

Lots of TVs inside for watching sports. They have a nice patio for sitting outside and enjoying your beer.

They don't serve food here but you can bring your own or have it delivered.

I've only been here once but I'll definitely be going back.
