On tap at the brewery
A 3.75 - nearly opaque rust colored ale with a frothy beige head that holds good retention & leaves some tight lacing at the top of the snifter
S 3.5 - earthy, spicy rye, toasted grain, rye bread, caramel, brown sugar, pine
T 3.5 - huge rye flavors; very earthy, spicy, rye bread crust, caramel, toffee, toasted grain, brown sugar, pine; very malt forward with moderate bitterness - reminds me of a ryed barley wine/rye wine if you will
M 4.25 - medium-full body, resinous, finishes very dry with rye and pine lingering
O 3.75 - this grew on me as it warmed up and I kept drinking it. I love rye beers, and this one has plenty of rye flavors that dominate the palate.
